Network connectivity, E-mail services, DNS (Domain Name Services for Internet function), Citrix connectivity (for access to Banner from all campuses), and network security are a few of the services supported by the Network Team. The team also manages the University’s telecommunications systems (standard and IP-based telephony), its Internet service providers, and the campus cabling systems. The Desktop Services staff provides on-campus and phone support for the faculty, staff and students who use the University’s computing labs and computers.
