Scheduled Maintenance Weekend Information

The following is a brief description of the events and services that will be unavailable during our next maintenance period which has been scheduled in two sessions to avoid disruption of services to classes.

Maintenance Session 1 – Friday September 15th 10:00pm – Saturday September 16th 7:00am
Access to the following systems will be unavailable at times during this 9 hour period.

• All NLU online resources (with the exception of WebCT)
Luminis (my.nl.edu access including student email and self service)
• Banner and Banner Self Service via Luminis
• www.nl.edu
• Workflow
• Cognos

Maintenance Session 2 – Saturday September 16th 10:00pm – Sunday September 17th 1:00pm
Access to the following systems may be unavailable at times during this 15 hour period.

• All NLU online resources (with the exception of WebCT) will be unavailable
• Luminis (my.nl.edu access including student email and self service)
• Banner and Banner Self Service via Luminis
• www.nl.edu from 10:00pm to midnight
• Cognos
• Workflow

The next maintenance session is scheduled for the entire weekend beginning Friday evening October 20th through Sunday evening October 22nd for relocation of the datacenter to the new space in the Wheeling Campus.
