Maintenance Session – Friday August 19th 10:00pm – Saturday August 20th 7:00am Access to the following systems may be unavailable at times during this 9 hour period. Luminis (my.nl.edu access including student email and self service) Banner Library Database Access Online directory (http://directory.nl.edu) Report request website (http://reportrequest.nl.edu) Commonspot authoring Cognos reporting application Chicago Campus Network The following services will not be affected during this maintenance period NLU Homepage (www.nl.edu) Faculty and staff email Survey.nl.edu (Websurveyor application) WebCT Citrix Network drive access (H and I drives) Faculty.nl.edu websites The next monthly maintenance is currently planned for the weekend of September 17th, specific times and affected services will be announced at the beginning of September.
