Any advisor can see any student's transcript they have the id number for. Thanks to Eric Vuillmeot and Patrick Weathersby for their fast action on this problem. SCT (Banner) clearly changed plans without telling people about this one - for the last year, the word from SCT was that this level of records accessibility in the web would remain- but they changed it. All is back to "normal".
