Banner Web is now available for use. It has been up and stable for the last 24 hours as our DBA, systems administrator, and Banner Technical Specialists tested the various components and made numerous adjustments. Please log on and use it - we expect that you will not encounter any difficulties, but if you do, please call the Helpdesk at 847-465-0575, x4357 immediately. We still have some “tuning” and other behind the scenes adjustments to make - these will be ongoing for the next week or so. Unless there is a serious operational problem, any changes that would affect user access will be done after hours (typically 9:00 PM or later) or on the weekends. If we find that the system will have to be down for more than a few minutes we will inform you. Again, thanks to Akovi Wilson for his ability and willingness to continue a seemingly endless stream of sleepless days and nights as he works through this problem, along with thanks to the rest of the Banner Tech team (Leslie McKinzie, Patrick Weathersby, Eric Vuillemot, Diane Horner and Andy Welenc) for their support.
