The PAC process is used to obtain a variety of services and resources (e.g., keys, phones, computers, email accounts, and so on) for new employees. The new workflow version has been piloted on recent new hires and has proven to be much quicker, more reliable and auditable than the former paper-based process. Those managers who provide services to new employees have already been trained in the use of the automated PAC Workflow. HR will be providing further information and documentation to hiring managers in the near future.
